• Contact and project information you give us through our website forms, by phone, or by email: name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you’re interested in, and project details.
• Call recordings and transcripts. Our phone line is answered with the help of an AI receptionist, 24 hours a day. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately, prepare estimates, and train our team. By calling us, you consent to that recording.
• Financing information. If you apply for financing, you provide information directly to the financing provider (such as Service Finance Company or another lender). We receive application status information, not your full financial file.
• Website usage data. Standard server logs and basic analytics (pages visited, device/browser type). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule and prepare estimates, perform contracted work, arrange financing you ask about, process payments, communicate about your project, and improve our services. If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or project; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with marketers. We share information only with the parties needed to serve you: install crews assigned to your project, suppliers delivering your materials, financing providers you choose to apply with, and service providers who operate our phone, email, and scheduling systems under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and project records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Call recordings are retained for quality and record-keeping and are access-restricted.

Your choices

Security and updates
